STRAINING
In the cutting department are executed specific operations in order to prepare the necessary submits for the fittings.
The used material are carbon steel pipes type OLT 35-45 K’, P235 GH, P265GH., poor alloyed steel type 16Mo,14CrMo4, 10 CrMo10, stainless steel 1.4306, 1.4541, 1.4435.
The devices used in the cutting process are - horizontal band saws type FBO with a cutting till O350mm diameter .
- oxygas with a max. flame of O609 mm
- universal lathe max. O 150 mm
The cutting of the parts assure the technological length and breadth necessary for the fittings execution.
