FORGING
The fundamental productive department at UPRUC CTR represents the Forging workshop for steel fittings.
The principal technologies are the worm and/or cold forging with classic and specific devices.
The worm forging of the tees, according STAS, DIN, ANSI is executed on press machine by bending on fishing taps by CIF worming and classic by gas .;
P20 tF tees R=1,5D; R=D O 25-O60
P50tF tees R=1,5D; R=D O60-O140
P160Tf tees R=1,5D; R=D o140-o273
P250Tf tees R=1,5D; R=D O273-o508
The equal and reduced tees are executed by worm forging on 400Tf -o34-o168 press machines or by cold forging on P1000Tf-O34-O168 .
The concentric and eccentric reduction joints are executed by worm forging on P400Tf or P2x400tF-O25/20-O609/O508.
The forged elliptical lids -O25-O609 are also executed on P400Tfor P2x400Tf.
By the new orientation to the markets demands it was developed and curve bending department R=2,5, R=3D, R=5D-O25-O89.
In the worm forging sector are performed also the specifically calibration operations on P100tF, P300Tf, P500Tf
